Adriana Caselotti was always viewed as Snow White
Although most people wouldn’t be familiar with Adriana Caselotti’s name, they would most certainly recognize her voice as the actress who played Snow White in the Disney animated picture. Sadly, Caselotti’s career was destroyed by the fact that her voice became so well-known.
Filmmakers were concerned that the moment the actress spoke, viewers would only recognize her as Snow White and nothing else, which is why the actress struggled to get jobs after Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.
