Bad Observation
The tests used in the workplace to determine a candidate’s suitability for a position are becoming more and more absurd. It feels more like you have to pass obstacles and figure out puzzles during an interview than it does to demonstrate your suitability for the job.
Hopefully, the most important thing this person saw is that he doesn’t want to work here.
