Since his breakthrough performance in the highly praised indie dramedy Juno in 2007, Umbrella Academy actor Elliot Page has become a national treasure. However, his spouse, Emma Portner, a talented dancer and choreographer, was his own hidden gem.
At the infant age of three, Portner began training at the National Ballet School of Canada, and upon moving to the United States, she achieved great success. Porter received the “Young Choreographer of the Year” title at the 2012 American Dance Awards. They were an impressive duo, especially considering that Page was a well-known and Oscar-nominated actor, until their divorce in January 2021.
