U/Nikthedogdad: Living in a fairly secure neighbourhood, I usually make sure to lock my doors. It seems that I didn’t last night. Then I heard someone enter through the front door. That’s when my dog barked. A man in his mid-to late-twenties was standing in the hallway. I don’t think I’m in the proper identity, uh, oh wait. He seems genuinely confused. He said he was sorry and that he had mistakenly gone to the incorrect spot while going out with a friend. He gave me a number that was only a few numbers different from mine.
Even though he didn’t look too dangerous, I was still a little uncomfortable. I was prepared to laugh it all off this morning.
