They might have reached the forest before I arrived at the window because my house is situated in a heavily wooded area. The shades were drawn, but not closed. Just gave me the creeps. I need a friend to watch my back and alert me when he hears them the next time they come, so I’m going to adopt a dog from the animal shelter today.
