Fortunately, the man was apprehended and imprisoned soon after the murder. A few days later, my mother and I were living at our house, and I answered the knock. Two police officers were standing there and inquired if I knew [the man who had been taken into custody for murder].
They added that following the murder, they had gone into his apartment. They discovered an eight-named, numbered list. The first on the list was the woman he had fatally stabbed.On the list, my name was also written.I was number two on the list. I had never heard of him, let alone met him. Though the contents of that list should be clear, the police never got in touch with me after that.”
