U/Canuckhalloween: This happened during the winter of my tenth year of life. Suddenly, this red automobile passed by me and stopped while I was alone, walking to the bus stop. As I passed past it, a man exclaimed, “HEY KID!””I noticed you leaving 355 Terrence Road. Is that man your father?” I was so terrified that I fled because I had no idea how this individual knew my address. That evening…I was surprised to find that same red automobile parked across the street when I went to my window.
I hurried to my parents and started crying.When my dad phoned the police, they immediately took the man into custody. The woman engaged the rookie private investigator because she thought her husband was having an affair.My parents laughed when the cops gave them the husband’s photo. The man didn’t resemble my father at all.”
