It’s incredible how dedicated someone can be to their studies, training hard to obtain the necessary credentials and enter their desired field. It is incredibly motivating!
However, after all that effort, you discover that the vocation they so fervently desired to pursue doesn’t even pay more than a local bartending position. Not a dig at the bartenders! Where’s the payoff, though?
