It is really upsetting to learn that your bike has been stolen, mainly if you depend on it for movement. Maybe more disappointing, though, is discovering that you are unable to read handicap signage.
Despite the well-meaning intentions behind the sign, it needed another sign to draw attention to what should have been obvious: the city had the authority to take it down to allow people with disabilities to access their parking spaces. We are aware of the actual circumstances because of the second sign.
