Ensuring that drivers understand road signs is a great idea, but if you do any action that calls attention to the signage, you have most likely made a mistake. The fact that they are writing “sotp” on the road rather than “stop” makes this joke even funnier.
It is also a little depressing that two people may be so unaware of each other. The best course of action in this situation would likely be to snap a photo and submit it to the local municipal council meeting to demonstrate how their citizens’ taxes are being used.
