Sneaking Suspicions

As I laid there and listened to him go down the hall, past the restroom, and down the stairs, I suppose I already had my suspicions. I did what I was told. and discovered him preparing to spend the night with her in the basement. I see. I was not content as a puppy. was foolish and made an attempt to keep our engagement going, but he departed because I wasn’t “fun anymore.””
