We Won’t Budge
As Bill got more and more angry, Cory felt all the more determined to stay put. This was a peaceful protest—the dad of four wasn’t going to lower himself to Bill’s level and shout back. It would be more effective if he was calm and composed.
Hours went by and Bill’s trucks couldn’t make their deliveries. Cory and the children were blocking their way and they were not going to budge until Bill agreed to move his business out of the neighborhood. But then, something unexpected happened.
