Disciplinary Action
Though nevertheless dissatisfied, Carl was relatively reassured that the essentials became taking this so seriously. He becomes tense to listen to what type of disciplinary motion Mrs Thompson might be going through. He didn’t need her in the same room as his daughter again. As part of their respectable apology, the college offered therapy for Sarah from the school counselor. She became, nonetheless, very shaken up. A few days later, Carl was given a call from the mayor. Finally, he changed to find out what would appear to Mrs. Thompson.
She Was Suspended
The principal informed Carl that Ms. McCarthy had been suspended. Thompson worked six weeks. She will be required to do sensitivity training and courses on diversity and equity. He would never go back to teaching Sarah’s class. The principal hoped that she would be better suited to teaching older children and be well supervised to ensure that she lived up to the school’s standards.
She would also have to apologize to Sarah formally. But to help Sarah recover from the trauma, Carl had to do something else.
