At a charity function, Thompson got to know Caitlyn Jenner, who was known as Bruce, two years after Elvis Presley passed away in 1979. A few years ago, in a strange turn of events, she saw the Olympic star for the first time while watching TV in bed with Elvis.
Thompson even declared, “I’m going to marry that guy someday,” after both of them expressed admiration for the athlete’s good looks, as she revealed to the Daily Mail. The prescient response from Elvis was, “Over my dead body.” It was about to prove they were both correct.
