Wedding Bells
Thompson wed Jenner on Oahu’s Waikiki Beach in January 1981. Her ideal wedding location was brought to life by Elvis Presley’s Blue Hawaii. Even her favorite Elvis song played as she made her way down the aisle. Thompson believed she had at last met the one with whom she would be able to have a family and enjoy old age. Everything appeared ideal.
She was anticipating him to be her ideal companion, someone she would walk the red carpet with after an unexpected fantasy came true for her. She was unaware, though, that her boyfriend was concealing a secret that would destroy their relationship and ruin her own life.
