Since then, a lot of people have questioned why Thompson never told Kris Kardashian about Jenner’s secret or alerted her to the fact that her new spouse suffered from gender dysphoria. She disputes that, however, as it was not her place to “out” her ex and that, in addition, she was unaware that Jenner was still having issues with her gender identity following her marriage to Kardashian.
Thompson could not have known, though, that it would be nearly thirty years before she was forced to face this turbulent time in her history.
