Double Darth Vader
This could be a major spoiler for those who haven’t had a chance to catch up on the Star Wars series.
This theory sort of works out as killing every person in the temple doesn’t count as an official resignation. Though we’re not exactly knowledgeable about Jedi council protocols, we never gave much thought to the fact that Darth Vader was still nominally the leader of both the good guys and the bad ones.
