Fly Like an Eagle
One explanation for this: the cat is a true, devoted fan of the song “Fly like an eagle,” so when it saw an actual eagle, it seized the opportunity – and the bird.
Another: Cats are freakin’ crazy, man. Who knows why they do what they do, and what they’re truly capable of? We wouldn’t want to get into a fight with a bald eagle, and we’re much, much bigger than most domestic cats. What was the cat thinking? We’re not sure we want to know.
